Civilian martyred in unprovoked Indian firing at LoC: ISPR

RAWALPINDI: A 26-year-old Pakistani citizen, Azeem, embraced martyrdom after Indian security forces resorted to unprovoked firing across the Line of Control (LoC), a statement by the Inter-Services Public Relations said.

“A woman is critically injured from the fire targeting civil population,” said ISPR.

Pakistan Army troops responded effectively to those posts targeting civil population. Cease Fire Violations along LOC are on the increase yet again.

The Foreign Office summoned Indian High Commissioner over the incident to record its protest.
