The aforementioned observation was given as the Supreme Court’s three member bench resumed the hearing pertaining to the alleged National Airline privatization, financial discrepancies.
After having been summoned, former aviation adviser Shujat Azeem and present aviation adviser Sardar Mehtab Abbasi appeared in court today.
At the start of the hearing, the chief justice questioned whether all former managing directors (MD) of the airline are present in court, observing that the court had only allowed two former heads to leave the country temporarily.
