RAWALPINDI: Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa has expressed sadness over the recent US President Donald Trump’s tweet over Pakistan for “Lying and Deceit”, according to Inter Service Public Relation
According to the details shared by Army Media Wing ISPR in its official twitter account, the American senator and American General Joseph called COAS Bajwa, assuring them that prevalent situation is temporary and it would not persist for the longer
period of time.

Genral Joseph also assured COAS Bajwa that US values Pakistan’s effort against the war on terror; also informing the latter about the security aid cut, added ISPR.
US also sought for Pakistan’s support in intelligence sharing and matters related to Afghanistan, said ISPR.
However, the Army Chief desired the US to consider the sacrifices Pakistah has had given in the war against terror.
The COAS Bajwa also reiterated that Pakistan does not seek seek for US aid, adding that the entire nation thinks Donald Trump’s tweet appeared to be “ridiculing” and tantamount in deceiving Pakistan.
