Govt’s economic policy is economic terrorism: Bilawal

GHOTKI: Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairperson Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said on Friday the Federal Government’s economic policy is economic terrorism and its interior policy is policy of revenge.


Addressing a gathering followed by a rally in Khan Garh, Bilawal said people have been tormented by increasing amount of loadshedding and inflation while there is also rise in electricity billing.

Bilawal said the Prime Minister Imran Khan vowed not to take loans and now taking public towards lowliness. He said dollar now amounts to Rs142 and youth is crying of unemployment.

Bilawal said the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government, which is a group of unqualified leaders who are unable to handle the country, wants to alleviate poor people not poverty.

“The Federal Government wants to remove 18th amendment and if they try to do so there will be Damadum Mast Qalandar,” said Bilawal.

“Benami PM wants to deprive public of their rights,” Bilawal said, “Federal government wants to snatch rights from the provinces.”

Bilawal said gave time to the “selected PM” who, even after history’s worst election rigging, was unable to made government on its own.

Bilawal said the new tax amnesty scheme is being used to whitewash someone’s black money and is a slap on tax-payer’s faces.

“The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) calls Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah, but do not even send a notice to the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (K-P) CM Mahmood Khan, who has done corruption worth of billions of rupees,” Bilawal alleged.

The PPP Chairperson said saddened by the Quetta, Hazarganji blast.

Speaking to the gathering, Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah said residents of Ghotki loves PPP and they are with Bilawal.

“Have made Tharparkar a model,” CM said, “residents of Ghotki will benefit the most from the gas from Thar.” He said will get rights of Sindh people from the federal government and most rigging in 2018 elections happened in Ghotki. He said will make Ghotki a model district.
