Imran Khan thanks Nawaz for confessing elections were never transparent in Pakistan

ISLAMABAD: Imran Khan thanked Nawaz Sharif for confessing that elections have never been transparent.


He claimed that his stance for free and fair elections has been continuos  from past four years adding that he also demanded 4 constituencies of National Assembly to be re-opened to assess the transparency of elections.

On Wednesday, former ousted Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif said that for last 70 years the vote of the people has never been accepted and he is here to relive the sanctity of the vote.

Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf chairman Imran Khan criticized government’s conduct in the wake of recent US’ actions. He said that current politicians are culpable for bringing our country to this verge. US owe $25 billion to Pakistan and still lambasting us for no reason.

However he urged that we as a nation have to think that even after sacrificing so much and bearing such losses, US is still blaming us. He added, that US is using Pakistan as a scapegoat for its losses in Afghanistan.

Criticizing Rana Sanaullah and CM Punjab Shebaz Sharif for allegedly harboring terror outfits, the PTI chairman said this is why US has put Pakistan on watch list.

He accused Shebaz Sharif for seeking US’ help to get his government restored after Governor’s rule was imposed in Punjab, he added.
