Indian shelling across Line of Control martyred three civilians

MUZAFFARABAD: Three civilians, including a young girl, were martyred as Indian troops continued to shell villages along the Line of Control in Pakistan-administered Kashmir on Friday, a Pakistani official said.

Nakyal and Tatta Pani sectors were hit by the shelling, the official said.

“As yet three persons have lost their lives while five others have received injuries in different villages,” Zeeshan Nisar, assistant commissioner told Reuters by telephone.

Indian officials in New Delhi could not be reached for comment on Friday evening.
