Malala Yousafzai arrives Pakistan after 5 years

ISLAMABAD: Malala Yousafzai, the Pakistani Nobel laureatet, arrived in Pakistan in Thursday wee hours, after more than 5 years, since she was shifted to abroad following failed assassination attempt on her by Taliban gunmen.


Malala’s  flight Emirates’ EK-614 landed at the Benazir Bhutto International Airport at 1:41 AM. She was travelling via Dubai.

Now aged 20, Yousafzai is expected to hold meetings with Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi and Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa, as well as respected dignitaries.
