Maryam Aurengzeb responded confidently, taking a very hard stance in a response to the Prime Minister’s mention of the opposition parties’ going awry with their threathining tactics which transpired yesterday.
She said that once, whenever, the opposition parties form an alliance against the ruling party they make their mark and make it impactful. She spoke like the Prime Minister Imran Khan used to speak once he was in the opposition himself. Maryam Aurangzeb stressed that they are not going to be deterred by the tactics which the ruling party uses, couching in the seat of power. She staunchly advised the Prime Minister to “listen to their next speech very carefully” while addressing the media. She further added, “that the tone and spirit used by the ruling party in their speech shall be returned in the same coin and that nothing less should be expected”.
Pertaining to an address by Nawaz Sharif, the PML-N spokesperson said that first the government should be able to digest their speeches then Nawaz shall speak at the Quetta rally.
Her dialogue was promptly seconded by Khawaja Saad Rafiq who said that once the opposition gathers clout they at least make a dent in the framework.
