Maryam Nawaz dubs govt ‘unqualified incident for public’

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz (PML-N) vice-president Maryam Nawaz on Wednesday dubbed the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government no less than an unqualified incident for public.


Speaking to a gathering of PML-N workers in federal capital, Maryam said 22 billion public of Pakistan have been grinding in the grinder of inflation and it has been 10 months and haven’t heard a good news regarding the country.

The PML-N leader said prices of gas and electricity are sky high and lemon are Rs400 per kilogram. She said wages decreased and expenses have been increased and price of dollar in open market rocketed.

Mentioning her father, the ex-premier Nawaz Sharif, Maryam said whenever she visits him in the Kot Lakhpat jail he asked her to feel the pain of people and never told her to raise her voice against his imprisonment.
