MQM-P’s Bahadurabad led faction’s defacto leader Khalid Maqbool Sidiqui’s lawyer Farogh Naseem will give his arguments in the ECP regarding their claims to Farooq sattar’s abuse of power or transgression of the political parties written constitution.

The ECP has declared that it will reach a decision based on the Political Parties constitution and no one should find that fact problematic.

MQM-PIB’s leader Farooq Sattar on the other hand has challenged the ECP’s circle of Influence claiming that taking the case to ECP is somewhat intravenous.

Farooq Sattar has officially challenged the ECP’s authority with regards to listening a case comprising of internal political party matters.

Farooq Sattar has appealed to reject his opponent Kunwar Naveed Jamil’s request for resolution and rather uphold his request for a dissolution of the case from ECP as their jurisdiction has also been made clear by the Supreme Court of Pakistan.
