NAB summons MNA Hamza Shehbaz in Saaf Pani Company corruption case

LAHORE: National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has summoned son of Chief Minister Punjab Hamza Shehbaz Sharif on May 18 in the ‘Saaf Pani’ company corruption case, Newsone reported on Thursday.


According to details, NAB has also dispatched questionnaire to MNA Hamza shehbaz before summon.

The notification issued by NAB Lahore states that: “The competent authority has taken the cognizance of offence(s) committed by the subject accused persons under the provisions of NAO, 1999.”

On Wednesday NAB Lahore had summoned CM Punjab Shehbaz Sharif with regard to a corruption inquiry against management of Punjab Saaf Pani Company.

It is pertinent to mention here that NAB Lahore had already taken four senior officials for millions of irregularities in the above mentioned project.

The CM Punjab had earlier appeared before NAB in the Ashian-e-Iqbal Housing Scheme corruption case.
