RAWALPINDI: Pakistan People’s Party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari once again came hard on Pakistan Muslim League(Nawaz) supremo Nawaz Sharif, calling him the greatest “wind filled toy”; rebutting to the allegations made by Nawaz Sharif on Pakistan Peoples Party and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf parties for stealing the Senate chairman slot by a foul play, and on the directives of hidden hands who had filled the wind in them.
Addressing a political gathering at Landi Kotiyan in Rawalpindi, Bilawal suggested Nawaz to take heed rather than succumbing to emotions; seeking the later to “act sensibly”.
“Nawaz thinks democracy linked to him only,” he said, terming the former prime minister Gen (retd) Ziaul Haq’s “opening batsmen”.
Bilawal also took exceptions on the narrative of Nawaz he has been supposedly seeking to give respect to the vote, saying that the former three times ousted Prime Minister never gave respect to the sanctity of vote.
“When Mian Sahab wins he calls it a victory for Democracy, and when he looses he say otherwise” adding that Nawaz himself never gave respect to to the parliament for failing to attend the sessions on frequent occasions, prior to his disqualification.
Senior PPP leadership also accompanied Bilawal, as former Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf was also seen sharing stage with the PPP Chairman.
