Nawaz should be in jail rather than being interviewed, Imran implies

LAHORE: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf chairman (PTI) Imran Khan on Friday has criticized former prime minister Nawaz Sharif for being interviewed by private media outlets, Newsone reported.

“There is no justice in the country, Corrupt politicians are sitting in assembly,” said Imran at the book launching ceremony.

Pakistan is going through immense challenges, adding that reason behind countries ahead of Pakistan was better moral values.

PTI chief said that Pakistan’s total debt had risen to Rs2,700 billion in the past 10 years.

Imran said that some people come in power just to make money. “I am doing politics for a cause,” he added.

“Whoever would form next government will have to deal with bigger challenges facing the country,” said Imran.
