Nisar laments false reporting regarding anti-Nawaz statement

ISLAMABAD: Disgruntled member of Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) has said on Friday that false stories being attributed to him regarding the anti-Nawaz statement, NewsOne reported.


Addressing a press conference in Islamabad Nisar said that ousted prime minister Nawaz Sharif will not able to show his face if he [Nisar] revealed his secrets.

“Such words were attributed to me, which I could never have imagined of.”

Nisar once again said that he will contest upcoming elections as an independent candidate.

“I’ve decided to contest upcoming election from four constituencies due to the differences with party,” he added.

Former Interior Minister said that he is only answerable to his constituency people who showed faith on him by electing him consistently eight times.

Nisar once again said that there are many things which he wanted to share with people but due to the critical health of Begum Kalsoom Nawaz he will not speak about it publicly.

“There are many things which I wanted to share with people about the differences with PMl-N and the role of Nawaz Sharif and his daughter Maryam Nawaz.

He rejected the reports of any alliance with Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) in upcoming elections.

It is pertinent to mention here that former interior minister will contest 2018 general elections from four seats; two from National Assembly – NA-59 Rawalpindi, NA-63 Taxila and two from Punjab Assembly, PP-10 and PP-12.
