One killed, four hurt in firing outside Islamabad imambargah

ISLAMABAD: A person was killed on the spot and four others were wounded in an incident of firing outside an imambargah in the federal capital, on Wednesday.


The incident took place in the I-8 locality of the city, police reported.

Emergency services immediately shifted injured to Pakistan Institute of Medical sciences (PIMS) hospital.

Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Jafri, leader of Majlis Wahdatul Muslimeen, expressed sorrow over the incident saying the Islamabad administration has failed in prevention of crime.
