Ongoing Political instability would cause Economy to ‘crash’: Ahsan Iqbal fears

LAHORE: Interior Minister of Pakistan Ahsan Iqbal expressed his fears that due to the ongoing political instability, the Economy of Pakistan would crash.


While speaking to journalists and traders in Shakargarh, Iqbal, who is also the planning and development minister, said that Country might not be able to carry on investment projects if the political situation remains turbulent.

He furthermore added that Politicians are ‘Faryadi'(Complainants) of the nations, also apparently seeking the ‘powers be’ to let the Democracy run without any interventions.
