Pakistan, KSA signs three agreements: Fawad Ch

ISLAMABAD: Information Minister Fawad Chaudhry on Thursday said that Pakistan and Saudi Arabia have signed “three grant agreements.”


“Pakistan to bring major investment in the China- Pakistan Economic Corridors projects,” he said while addressing a press conference in Islamabad.

Fawad ch further said that important delegation of Saudi Arabia will reach Pakistan on Sunday. Energy, petroleum ministers as well as the country’s investment chief will also come among the delegation.

Commenting over Afghan refugees the minister said that government has decided to formulate a comprehensive policy.

He said that Anti-encroachments drives will also be launched in Karachi like in Islamabad.

The Minister said the cabinet also decided to further strengthen the Right to Information Act in order to bring transparency in governance and citizens’ right to know.

Cabinet decided that tax exemptions for FATA and PATA will be retained for five years.
