Pakistan-Kyrgyzstan military chief discuss matters of mutual interest

RAWALPINDI: Chief of General Staff Kyrgyzstan, Major General Rayimberdi Duishenbiev visited General Headquarters (GHQ) today and called on Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa.

According to Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), matters of mutual interest were discussed during the meeting.

COAS said the relations between Pakistan and Kyrgyzstan are based on bonds of brotherhood and mutual trust. Both nations will continue to play a part for peace and stability.

Upon arrival the visiting dignitary was given guard of hounor who laid  floral wreath at shuhda monument.

Earlier in a day, foreign minister of Iran Javad Zarif who is on a visit to Pakistan, called upon the Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa General head Quarters.

Both the dignitaries discussed Pak-Iran relationship, adding regional security and matters of mutual interest were also looked upon.
