Islamabad: Pakistan prepared its second counter rejoinder regarding the case of Indian Spy Kulbhushan Jadhav which will be submitted before International Court of Justice on July 17, reported Newsone.

“Our team has prepared an ample reply to Indian rejoinder, which will be filed on July 17,”said  Foreign Office Spokesman Dr Muhammad Faisal in a press briefing here on Thursday.

He said earlier on December 13 last year, Pakistan had filed its counter memorial before the ICJ, a world court in The Hague which is looking into the Indian complaint on the conviction of the Jadhav.

According to the sources , Foreign office’s India Director Fareeha Bugti will be filing  Pakistan’s reply in the case before ICJ in Hague.

It is pertinent to mention that Jadhav, who was arrested in 2016 by Pakistan Military from Balochistan, faced trial of subversive and espionage activities against Pakistan, followed by hanged to death veridct by the Military courts.

The Indian authorities have called the execution verdict against Jadhav as sham and appealed to International Court of Justice to put stay on the death verdict and sought Pakistan consular access for Jadhav to contest his case in civil courts.
