Pakistan strongly condemns Indian state terrorism in Occupied Kashmir

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan strongly condemns the reign of state terrorism let loose by India in the occupied Kashmir and characterized it as a shame to humanity.


The families of those martyred have been destroyed. Indian forces were continuing a crackdown on the unarmed protesters in the area, said Foreign office.

Foreign Minister Khawaja Asif strongly condemned the brutality of Indian forces in occupied Kashmir.

Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi has expressed deep shock and grief at the indiscriminate and vicious killing of seventeen Kashmiri youth in occupied Kashmir by Indian forces yesterday.

In occupied Kashmir, complete shutdown marked by curfew and restrictions is being observed against the killing of over one-and-half dozen youth by Indian troops in a single day in the territory.

Shutdown is a part of the two-day strike given by the Joint Resistance Leadership comprising Syed Ali Gilani, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and Muhammad Yasin Malik.

The troops had killed 20 youth including 13 in siege and search operations and four in firing on protesters and funerals in Islamabad and Shopian districts, yesterday. Over 100 civilians were injured, many of them are in a critical condition.
