Pakistan supports Ghani offer to Taliban for ‘truce’: FO

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Foreign Office’s Spokesman Dr.Faisal said that Pakistan supports Afghan’s president offer to the Afghan Taliban to settle issues, accepting the outlawed group as a political entity.


In a weekly presser today, the FO sopkesman added that Pakistan  only sees the solution to Afghan issue in peace talks only . condemns the arrest of Yaseen Malik who has been illegally detained by Indian authorities.

On Dual Nationality case that the Supreme Court of Pakistan has taken up in the search to know that how many bureaucrats have dual citizenry, FO added that it has submitted the list of serving officers in Foreign Ministry to the apex court adding that the details pertaining to the family members having dual nationality would be submitted soon.
