The network, irrigated by local nationalist organization Balawaristan National Front- Hameed Group (BNF), tasked BNF chairman Abdul Hameed Khan to harm the credibility of Pakistan and engage in terrorist activities in the province.

The target of the network was to spread terrorism and separatist movement mindset among university students and youth of Pakistan.

Abdul Hameed Khan wrote letters to financial institutions on the indication of RAW. In the letters, Khan attempted to stop the institutions from funding and providing technical assistance for dam building.

The BNF chairman was taken to Nepal in 1996 by RAW, he was later transferred to India where he was handled by the RAW agents Colonel Arjun and Joshi. Initially, Khan lived in an apartment in New Delhi, his family was transferred to Delhi later. His children were provided expensive education in India, and later in Europe by RAW.

RAW, from 1997 to 2007, and from 2015 to 2018, invested heavily on Khan, he was even provided Indian identity cards among other business facilities.

After 2007, Khan was transferred to Brussels to deliver anti-Pakistan speeches.

RAW provided BNF $1 billion for engaging in dubious activates in Gilgit-Baltistan. The BNF was provoking a separatist movement mindset with the help of Times Magazine.

To defeat RAW, the intelligence agencies did trying planning, by applying the OP Pursuit strategy to defeat the organization and catch the BNF-Hameed Group network.

During the operation, 14 active agents of the network were taken into custody and heavy ammunition and weaponry were also caught and seized.

In different parts of Pakistan, RAW was sponsoring students through Khan and the Balawaristan National Students Organization (BNSO) was also found to be engaging in terrorist activates under the supervision of Sher Nadir Shah. Shah was the main culprit behind Balochistan and Gazar attacks who took instructions from Khan.

The student wing chairman Shah went to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in 2016 and was later transferred to Nepal.

On February 08, 2019, due to the efforts of Pakistani intelligence agencies, Khan unconditionally surrendered. On March 29, 2019, Shah unconditionally surrendered.
