ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan’s sons – Sulaiman Isa Khan and Qasim Khan – landed in Islamabad on a four-day visit on Saturday morning.
Jr. Khans flew into Islamabad International Airport (IIAP) from London early this morning to meet their father. They will sojourn in Banigala, Imran khan’s residence in the federal capital, during their visit.
This is the first visit of premier’s sons in Pakistan since he assumed charge of the country’s premiership. Sulaiman and Qasim didn’t attend their father’s swearing-in ceremony over the PM’s instruction.
On August 18, Goldsmith had tweeted: “The boys are very sad not to be there but IK was adamant that they should not come”, prior to Mr. Khan’s oath-taking ceremony.
Sulaiman Isa Khan and Qasim Khan reside with their mother, the premier’s former wife Jemima Goldsmith in London.
