PML-N leaders dress down PTI chief, Sheikh Rashid

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leaders dressed down Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan and alleged that his party filed the disqualification reference against Nawaz Sharif basing on a newspaper report.

Talking to media outside the Parliament House here, Talal Chaudhry said National Assembly speaker gave the same ruling that Supreme Court of Pakistan passed four days ago.

Chaudhry accused Imran Khan of calling names if the ruling does not suit him, saying he lavishes praises if the ruling is in consonance with what he wants.

The PML-N leader remarked the credit of improved Karachi situation goes to Nawaz Sharif.

Speaking on the occasion, Daniyal Aziz referred to Imran Khan, “A man is misstating time and again but without providing any proof.”

Aziz stated that four references were filed against Nawaz Sharif, of them, one was based on a ICIJ report, despite the fact that the PM’s name is not mentioned in Panama Papers.

People are being befooled on this count, he added.

The PML-N leaders also subjected Awami Muslim League President Sheikh Rashid to their ire and said he falls at the feet of NA speaker while in his chamber but rants against him once he is out.
