Election 2018 will be the last election for political turncoats: Shehbaz Sharif

BAHAWALPUR: Pakistan Muslim league Nawaz (PML-N) president Mian Shehbaz Sharif on Sunday has kicked off election campaign in South Punjab by lashing out turncoats of Punjab (Janoobi Punjab Suba Mahaz, Newsone reported.

Addressing party workers in Haroonabad hee said that Accountability court in its verdict has accepted that Nawaz Sharif was not involved in the corrupt practices.

“No corruption was proven against Nawaz Sharif,” he added.

Shehbaz said that former prime minister  is leaving behind his wife, who fighting for her life, to return to Pakistan.

“Nawaz and Maryam are returning to Pakistan after bidding farewell to [the ailing] Kulsoom Nawaz,” he added.

Counting the services of ousted prime minister Nawaz Sharif and PML-N government Shehbaz said that Nawaz Sharif eliminated terrorism from the country and restored peace in Karachi, adding that he worked day and night under the leadership of Nawaz to rid the country of load-shedding.

Taking a jibe at (Janoobi Suba Punjab Mahaz) group- who recently joined PTI, Shehbaz said that election 2018 would be the last election of all political turncoats.

He promised to start the construction of Bhasha-Dam from the day one if PML-N comes in to power in 2018 elections.
