ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) on Tuesday demanded the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) to extend the time of polling hours, NewOne reported.

In a letter written to ECP by PTI’s spokesperson Fawad Chaudhary, demanded to extend the polling hour from 5pm to 8pm.
‘People usually come out to cast their votes in morning or evening as compare to afternoon,” he added.
The letter further stated that extension in polling hours would facilitate the public, old age people, patients as intensity of heatwave is increasing by the each passing day.
