KOTRI: Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on Saturday criticised Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) government saying that federal govt is treating Sindh province like an orphan while the public is being punished for voting in favour of PPP.
“Federal government is punishing the provincial government of PPP for its love with the people,” he said while addressing a public gathering at Sachal Sarmast Stadium in Kotri on Saturday.
The PPP chairman said Prime minister Imran Khan should first learn the principles of politics before implementing his rules.
He said that Sindh Government is providing all kinds of facilities including health, roads, drinking water and medical facilities to the people.
Taking a jibe at Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government, he said that the PTI had promised to provide five million homes but instead they took away the shelters of many people.
Earlier, the PPP Chairman inaugurated a flyover project in Jamshoro.
Strict security measures have been implemented including installation of CCTV cameras and walk-through metal detectors.
A heavy contingent of police was also deployed around the venue.
