ISLAMABAD: The Senate session on Wednesday witnessed disarray following exchange of harsh words between Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Fawad Chaudhry and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader and Senator Mushahidullah, Newsone reported.
Uproar was created in Senate when Mushahidullah Khan demands Fawad Chaudhary to extend apology and expressed reservations over the presence of Information Minister in the Senate.
According to media reports, the information minister refused to extend apology on the demand of PML-Ns Mushahidullah.
The Senate chairman also asked Leader of the House Shibli Faraz and PPP Senator Mian Raza Rabbani for help but the clash continued.
Last week, Chaudhry had said the PTI government considered the national exchequer a sacred trust and it would continue to expose plunderers like Mushahidullah Khan.
The minister claimed that overall 19 family members of Mushahidullh Khan were inducted in the PIA while over 100 others were also appointed on his recommendations.
