KARACHI: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman condemned the Pakistan People’s Party over allegedly spearheading violence against the PTI members on Monday last night.
On Tuesday he tweeted
Strongly condemn the attack on PTI workers by PPP at our jalsagah camp in Karachi yesterday. Sindh govt must take action against those who used violence against our workers. Strong arm tactics by PPP reflects their fear of PTI’s rising popularity in Sindh.

On Monday, both parties clashed which turned out to be violent over the venue dispute for the upcoming rally at 12th May, as PTI, PPP are planning to hold rallies on the same day, venue.
In a meantime, the Chief Minister of Sindh Murad Ali Shah, while talking to Newsone ensured to conduct a transparent investigation over the last night fiasco, however claiming that the permission was sought in advance by the PPP related to 12th May jalsa in scheduled in ‘Hakeem Saeed’ ground.
