Two Afghan intelligence agents arrested: CTD


PESHAWAR: Two Afghan intelligence agents were arrested in a search operation in Regi area on Wednesday, Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) said.


A six kilogram explosive device installed inside a computer was recovered from the accused Ateeq and Amanullah, CTD said.

The terrorists had made videos of populated areas of Peshawar, the security agency added.

The terrorists who were paid millions of rupees as salaries were planning to target people belonging to a certain ideology, they added.
