Unskilled doctors are playing with people’s lives: Anwar Zaheer Jamali

DERABAD: Chief Justice (CJ) of Pakistan Anwer Zaheer Jamali said on Saturday that unskilled doctors are playing with lives of people. He was addressing the 15th Convocation of Liaquat University of Medical and Health Sciences (LUMHS) held at Jamshoro Campus.


According to the details, CJ called upon the doctors to play their important role in providing health facilities to ailing humanity as majority of people do not have medical facilities.

“You have the great responsibility to serve the people who do not have medical facilities due to various reasons”, said the Chief Justice.

According to the report, about 78 per cent of people in the country did not have the facility of health which is very serious concerns, he said. There are about 200,000 registered doctors and the ratio of doctor per person should be enhanced to meet the medical facilities of each person in the country, CJ added further.
