We are willing to negotiate with govt over TORs: Khurshid Shah

SUKKUR: Leader of the Opposition in the National Assembly (NA) Syed Khurshid Shah stated that the opposition parties are willing to negotiate with the government over the Terms of References (TORs) of the investigation commission formed to probe into the Panama Leaks as dialogue is the beauty of democracy.

While addressing the media after inaugurating the Computerised Tomography (CT) scan section of the Civil Hospital in Sukkur, Shah added that thus far no contact has been made from the government side, adding that the Parliament is the constituency of the Prime Minster (PM), “if he wants to avoid it, it’s his will”, he said.

Referring to loan waivers, Shah stated that they are another category of criminals who also need to be curtailed.

He further added that he favoured negotiations in regards to the investigation of the matter from day one of the Panama Leaks issue.
