LAHORE: Former president Asif Ali Zardari has criticised ruling government and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf chairman (PTI) Imran Khan asking him to tell his foreign, defence policy as it was missing in his 11 points agenda which he revealed during his Minar-e- Pakistan Jalsa on Sunday.
“Imran only delivers long speeches on stage,” said Zardari during addressing media in Lahore on Thursday.
Taking a jibe at former prime minister Nawaz Sharif he said that Nawaz had ruined all institutions when he was PM and now he is doing confrontation with institutions which is not good for state.
“Nawaz is staring down at institutions. He weakened Pakistan, left it hollow,” he added.
Former president said that enemies of Pakistan are enemy of PPP, adding that Pakistan enjoyed good relations with its neighbouring countries at the time of PPP government.
Earlier today, former President strongly condemned the torture on journalists in Islamabad on the World press freedom day.
