ISLAMABAD: Senior Leader of Pakistan Muslim League(Nawaz) Saad Rafique alleged Pakistan People’s Party chairman Asif Ali Zardari for initiating ‘horse trading’ for the upcoming senate elections.
He asserted that Zardari has turned PPP into a business; an apparent reference to alleged ‘horse trading.’
In a series of tweets the Railway Minister said that Zardari used the garb of Democracy to garner more seats in Senate elections.
“The recent change in Balochistan is business in guise of democracy. Zardari harmed democracy just to garner more seats in [the upcoming] Senate elections”.
He was referring to the recent ‘in-house’ removal of PML-N’s Balochistan Chief Minister Sanaullah Zehri with PML-Quaid’s Abdul Quddus Bizenjo.
On Thursday Abdul Quddus Bizenjo called on Chief Minister Sindh Murad Ali Shah along with his cabinet members, as Zardari chaired the meeting at CM House.
