Peshawar Zalmi shake hands with FM91

KARACHI: Airwaves Media group Radio channel FM91 on Thursday becomes official media partner for PSL Franchise Peshawar Zalmi. The defending champion of PSL 2 edition will team up with FM91 this time. An MOU was signed between FM91 and Peshawar Zalmi.


According to NewsOne, Fm91 will provide coverage for news, entertainment events and activities related to Peshawar Zalmi.

Now Cricket Fans would be able to get ball to ball update in the upcoming Pakistan Super League third edition. Cricket lovers have expressed joy for the official partnership between two brands.

The defending champions will continue to be led by Darren Sammy but they will no longer have Shahid Afridi who has skipped over to the Karachi Kings. Among others retained before the Draft were Pakistani all-rounder Mohammad Hafeez, fast bowler Wahab Riaz, Bangladeshi legend Shakib al Hasan and keeper Kamran Akmal, all of whom form a strong core for the Zalmis.

Apart from Sammy, the other players who were retained by the side were fast bowling sensation Hasan Ali, all-rounder Haris Sohail, England seamer Chris Jordan and Mohammad Asghar.

PSL 3 will start from February 22, in Dubai, with the final to be held on March 25 in Karachi.

The matches will be played at four venues — Dubai, Sharjah, Lahore, and Karachi — as announced by the Pakistan Cricket Board. Defending champions Peshawar Zalmi will take on Multan Sultans in the season opener.
