Accountability Court accepts NAB’s plea for 14 day physical remand of Fawad Hasan Fawad

LAHORE: On Friday, the  Accountability Court accepted plea of the prosecution National Accountability Bureau(NAB) to send top civil bureaucrat Fawad Hasan Fawad in 14 days physical remand, Newsone reported.


NAB today sought the court for physical remand of Fawad Hasan fawad from the accountability court.

The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) on Thursday arrested one of the senior-most bureaucrats, Fawad Hasan Fawad, in the Ashiana Iqbal Housing Scheme scam, Newsone reported.

Earlier, Fawad was summoned by NAB today for questioning in the housing scheme scam. He has appeared at least thrice before as part of NAB’s investigation.

Fawad served as former PM Nawaz Sharif’s principal secretary and is considered close to the former premier.
