Bilawal discusses vital issues with CM Sindh Qaim Ali Shah

KARACHI: Chairman Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Bilawal Bhutto Zardari Thursday wondered as to why the paramilitary force was launching activities in Larkana and said as to what happened all of a sudden that necessitated Rangers action.


The PPP chief said this as he met Sindh Chief Minister Qaim Ali Shah at Bilawal House here and had elaborate discussion with him concerning several issues including extension in Rangers powers, political situation and law and order situation in the province.

The sources said the young chairman called upon the chief minister to resolve the issue regarding extension to the Rangers powers in accordance with the law and the Constitution.

In the meantime, Sindh Home Minister Suhail Anwar Khan Siyal was summoned.

On this occasion, Bilawal voiced concerns over latest developments in Larkana, saying, “What happened that spurred Rangers action in Larkana?”
