Helicopter misuse Case: PM nominated Imran Khan summoned by NAB today

PESHAWAR: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf chairman and nominated prime minister n Imran Khan has been  summoned by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Peshawar office today in an  inquiry against his alleged misuse of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa helicopter on  government expenditure.


He is accused of illegally using an Mi-17 and an Ecureuil helicopter belonging to the KP government for a total of 74 hours, causing a loss of Rs2.1 million to the national exchequer.

Earlier, Mr. Khan excused to appear before the NAB pertaining to his busy schedule in running election campaign, therefore the anti graft body summoned cricketer turned politician today,
