IHC Judgement on Faizabad Dharna: Nawaz says will comment at the suitable time

ISLAMABAD: Former ousted Prime Minister Nawaz Shaif said that he will comment on the judgment by the Islamabad High Court on Faizabad protest at the suitable time, as the things are not said, but at the suitable time, said he.

However he also added that he would comment within couple of days as he has to say many things on this matter.

He was speaking to the Media outside the Accountability court that postponed the hearing as the counsel of Nawaz Sharif, Maryam Nawaz and Captain(R) Safdar was absent.

The Court adjourned the hearing uptil 4 December, 2017.

Nawaz and his family are facing three corruption references filed by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) in light of the Supreme Court’s July 28 judgment in the Panama Papers case.

On Monday, Islamabad High Court judge Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui lambasted the role of military as a guarantor in mediating between an apparent fragile government which succumbed to every demand made by Tehreek Labbaik Ya Rasool Allah(SAWW)(TLY) which organized a sit in (Dharna) for 21 continuous days at Faizabad interchange,  connecting Rawalpindi to Islamabad; disrupting life of the twin cities.
