Maryam to hold country-wide rallies against imposition of “selected”, selective justice

LAHORE: Pakistan Muslim League (Nawaz) vice-president Maryam Nawaz on Tuesday announced to hold political rallies to launch protest against alleged selective justice for the public representatives.

She said that her protest would not only ask of the release of her incarcerated father— Nawaz Sharf but would be for the rule of law, freedom of expression, end to manipulation of the entire system to punish public representatives, stealing people’s mandate and imposition of selected– which is the direct reference to PrimeMinister Imran Khan.

 

“Insha’Allah{God-Willing} I shall be leading protest rallies across Pak that will not only ask for justice for Nawaz Sharif but demand rule of law, freedom of expression, end to the manipulation of the entire system to punish public representatives, stealing people’s mandate, imposition of SELECTED,” she vowed.

She further offered every Pakistani wishing for Democratic Pakistan must join her protest rallies.

“Every Pakistani who wishes to live in a free, democratic and just Pakistan must join,” she offered.

 

Although Maryam did not specify when the protest rallies would start, PML-N shared on Twitter that she would address a rally in Faisalabad on Sunday [July 21].
