NAB summons Zardari on May 29th in illegal awarding contracts case

RAWALPINDI: The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has summoned former president and Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari on May 29.


The accountability bureau has summoned the former president for a second time for questioning in the investigation of corruption cases involving power projects and awarding of illegal contracts.

Sources said NAB officials are expected to record Zardari’s statement during his appearance next week.

Bilawal has already been summoned by the anti-watch dog on May 29th.
