PTI seeks ECP to remove NADRA chief for leaking ‘sensitive information’

ISLAMABAD: On Tuesday, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf has written a letter to Chief Election Commissioner of Pakistan  Justice Sardar Muhammad Raza Khan seeking the removal of National  Database and Registration Authority  (NADRA) chief  Usman Yousuf Mobeen and other provincial/ federal interior sectaries to ensure transparent elections.


The letter stated that NADRA chief was allegedly involved in leaking sensitive information to Pakistan Muslim League(Nawaz)

PTI spokesperson Fawad Chaudhry also sought the ECP to bring purity in election process by introducing reforms in Election administrative mechanism.

The letter also stated the ECP must ensure the appointment of competent people before going into the polls.

Elections 2018 are scheduled for July, 25th 2018.
