LONDON: Opposition leader in National Assembly, Shehbaz Sharif on Saturday warned about the dire consequences if the economic woes are not addressed.
In a statement, Pakistan Muslim League (Nawaz) President, Shehbaz Sharif referring to Prime Minister Imran Khan said the Niazi government had failed in running the country. “There has been a mindboggling increase in the price of gas, electricity and essential items. How can people and businesses survive?”
Furthermore, Shehbaz called upon for an increase in minimum salary to Rs 30,000 over the economic situation of the country.
According to the National Assembly opposition leader, incompetent people instead of on experimenting on national interests should just step down. “The biggest change people want is for these people to be changed.”
