The Weinstein case has widened the perspective of more individuals coming forward about the unfortunate sexual encounters they had faced by the world’s most praised celebrities. Along with Weinstein leading the charts, Sylvester Stallone is now on the list.
According to a detailed report, an unknown woman came forward with the allegation against Stallone and his Body guard Michael De Luca. The women claimed that she was ‘intimated’ into having sexual intercourse with the actor and his body guard at a Las Vegas Hotel in July 1986. The woman further stated that she was only 16 at that time.
Upon being informed about this allegation Stallone immediately denied forcing a 16 year old girl into having a threesome.
The actor’s spokesperson Michelle Bega, claimed said, “This is a ridiculous, categorically false story. No one was ever aware of this story until it was published today (Wednesday), including Mr Stallone. At no time was Mr. Stallone ever contacted by any authorities or anyone else regarding this matter.”
According to a published police report the girl claimed that the Stallone who was 40 at that time also asked if she ever had sex before and was forced to have oral sex with him as well as him body guard. She felt very “intimidated’ at that moment and further stated that she felt ‘very uncomfortable’ & powerless’. The report was 12 pages long; she also mentioned that she was introduced to the actor by David Mendenhall, who was playing Stallone’s son in the film Over the Top which was being shot at the Hilton Hotel in Los Vegas.
She claimed that there was no evidence of physical force but the feeling of being “intimated’ lingered moments after the sexual encounter and continued to persist through years after the incident.
After the incident she mentioned that Stallone threatened “to beat her head in”, if she spoke about this to anyone. The reports further mentioned her stating that the men laughed, as the woman took this as a joke, but when the victim left the room she immediately felt frightened and didn’t understand if weather the threat was actually a joke or something more serious.

According to a confirmation from a retired Las Vegas metro department detective sergeant John Samolovitch, who was the head of the sexual department at that time states that the copy of the report is from the original report.
The girl however never pressed charges against Stallone and his body guard but revealed his part in the in the maze of sexual harassment cases.
Sylvester Stallone’s ex-wife, Brigitte Nielsen, says there is no way Stallone could have sexually assaulted a 16-year-old girl in Las Vegas because she was with him the entire time.
The Daily Mail posted a story that the 16-year-old met Stallone in 1986 during the filming of “Over the Top” and he invited the girl to his hotel room at the Vegas Hilton where he allegedly forced her to have oral sex with him as his bodyguard raped her.
“During the summer of 1986 we were newlyweds. I was inseparable with Sylvester when ‘Over the Top’ was being shot in Las Vegas. The story claims that at approximately 8:30 in the evening during the shoot of the movie the person claims she was in our suite at the Hilton Hotel.”
Nielsen goes on to say, “This incident did not occur. Most of the day, I would watch him film, then we’d have dinner and go to our room. No other person was in the room with him, but me.”
An actor who played Sylvester Stallone’s son in a 1980s flick denied he ever introduced a 16-year-old girl to the “Rocky” star at a Las Vegas hotel where he allegedly sexually assaulted her.
David Mendenhall, 46, said he only introduced his family to Stallone at the Las Vegas Hilton Hotel while filming 1987’s “Over the Top,” he said in an email to the Daily News on Sunday.
“It’s completely untrue that I introduced a 16-year-old female stranger to Mr. Stallone near an elevator at the Hilton, or anywhere else, for that matter, during the filming of ‘Over The Top,’” Mendenhall said in the statement.
“The only people I introduced to Mr. Stallone were my relatives who visited me on the set. He, and his wife at the time, Brigitte, were very gracious toward my family,” the actor, who was 15 at that time, continued.
