ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan on Sunday called Afghanistan President Ashraf Ghani and discussed regional security while exchanging viewpoints on regional peace, prosperity, and stability.
Both leaders agreed on increasing communication and the combined efforts for economic progress.
PM said Pakistan considers Afghanistan brotherly friend while the Afghan conflict-affected Pakistan for decades as well. He said the leadership of both nations should work for public welfare, peace, and economic progress.
PM said the peaceful resolution of Afghan conflict should be done with the Afghani people and Pakistan will try its best for maintaining brotherly relations with Afghanistan.
PM invited President Ghani to Pakistan.
