WASHINGTON: The United States has said that Pakistan and India should resolve Kashmir issue through bilateral dialogue.

US state department spokesperson John Kirby while replying to questions at daily press briefing in Washington said their policy on Kashmir issue has not been changed and both Pakistan and India will have to resolve their issues.
